Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy
Delivery Information
All orders are manufactured and packaged with care before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, courier services, and seasonal demand.
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the packaging before opening. If there are any signs of damage to the outer packaging, photographs must be taken immediately before the package is opened.
Damage Claims
To be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund due to damage in transit, customers must:
Take clear photographs of all sides of the packaging before opening.
Take photographs of any visible damage to the packaging.
Take photographs of the product and any damaged components immediately after opening.
Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide photographs of the packaging before opening may result in a claim being declined, as we are unable to determine whether damage occurred during transit or after delivery.
Unpacking Instructions
Many of our products are securely fixed within protective transport frames to prevent movement and damage during shipping.
Please do not force products out of the packaging or transport frame.
We strongly recommend using a drill or screwdriver to carefully remove the screws securing the product to the transport frame before attempting to remove the item.
Damage caused by forcing products out of packaging, transport frames, or crates will not be covered under our returns or refund policy.
Returns
As many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, returns may not be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
If a return is approved, the item must be:
Returned in its original condition.
Returned with all original packaging where possible.
Not altered, painted, modified, or used.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Damage caused during assembly, unpacking, handling, or misuse.
Damage caused by forcing items from packaging or transport frames.
Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with unfinished MDF products.
Custom-made or personalised products unless faulty.
